In case of  cancellation, exchange  or  complaint

In the event of cancellation, exchange (within 14 days) or complaint, the process must be registered in the returns portal. Simply enter your email address and order number there.

To be exchanged, the item must be in the condition it was purchased in, unworn and unwashed!
If the item is not exchanged for other goods, the purchase amount will be refunded.

The costs of return shipping are to be borne by the buyer.

consequences of revocation

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen 
days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract . This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning .


You have the right to withdraw your consent within fourteen days without giving any reason.
